B&M Solutions Ltd. were contracted to design install and commission a gas extraction ring main. In order to evaluate the size and type of system required B&M engineers worked with Environmental consultants at Egniol Ltd to produce Gas Sim models of anticipated gas production.
From these models B&M were able to accurately design the size and ideal location for the ring main and associated gas collection manifolds. This task was made more complicated by the simultaneous installation of a surface water drainage ditch.
By working closely with the hydro-geologists and engineering consultants within Egniol, B&M were able to nip any potential problems in the bud before issues arose on site. The consequence was that both projects were completed on time with without contention.
