B&M Solutions Ltd. acted as principal contractor on a large ring main installation. Due to the problems with high water tables at this site B&M had to overcome issues with potential uplift of pipework by designing ballast anchors to the numerous KOP’s. The project was let on a phased basis over several months and incorporated sections of deep trench and benched installation. The gas main was supplemented by a 63mm compressed air supply and condensate discharge lines.
