We recognise that different landfill sites have different requirements regarding the maintenance of leachate extraction systems.
Pursuant to this B&M has devised a range of service options, which may be selected to suit individual requirements from simply supplying spare parts to a full pro-active quarterly service agreement. Listed below is a tariff which highlights our parts list, 1 star,2 star, 3 star and 4 star service options.
Our price list for spare parts for the sentinel pump is available on request. These parts are available direct and delivered by courier usually within 48hrs.
We take over the time consuming exercise of stripping, cleaning and servicing your pumps for a unit price of £90.00 plus parts, carriage and VAT.
You simply send your Sentinel pump to our North Wales workshops for full service. Your pump will be stripped, cleaned, descaled then put through a thorough service checklist, where necessary we will replace worn or damaged components. Finally your pumps are balanced and reassembled. We shall endeavor to return your pumps within
7 days.
The advantages of the one star service are;
• No necessity to stock replacement parts and expensive
• Avoid time consuming stripping and cleaning
To minimise pumping downtime, you can enter our pump exchange service routine. Simply tell us how many pumps you need servicing. We will send you serviced pumps for your site labour to install. Then, send us your pumps by return carrier. We will strip and service your pumps. On completion, you will be invoiced for the service plus spare parts required. Your pumps will be retained by B&M and will be used for other exchange service customers.
• No necessity to stock replacement parts
• Avoid time consuming stripping and cleaning
• No down time to your leachate extraction system
Our pump maintenance teams will visit your site, remove pumps from wells and replace with fully serviced units. They will check the condition of down well hoses, head-works and regulators. Well side servicing will only be carried out from a fully equipped mobile workshop if compatible service return units are unavailable.
• Minimum downtime for pump system
• No client involvement required
• Confidence that the system is operating efficiently
Call out rates will be based upon a single visit from our workshops In the North West or the Midlands. If
works cannot be completed in one day extended visits wilt be based upon day-work rates.
The four star service is an extension to the 3 star. In addition to an on site service, we will carry out a "Health check" on your system. This service consists of an initial on site service where the extent of the service cover is established and once agreed B&M will take full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the entire system. Effectively giving a bespoke service regime for the individual site.
